1 scoop powder
1 serving egg whites
Water for consistency
Mini waffle maker (makes 2-3)
Add ins are endless (Lily’s choc chips, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, etc)
🥚Layered in between my waffles is a sweet egg omelette (2-3 servings egg whites/ cinnamon, salt, & dusted with Cinnamon Toast Crunch powder)
✨alternatives~turkey sausage, turkey bacon, fruit, etc
Toppings are endless (Flavored cream cheeses, peanut butter, fruit, sugar free pudding etc)
✨mine is topped with @flavoredpbco mixed with Walden farms caramel syrup & a serving of sugar free syrup
✨✨on the side is a serving of @arcticzero salted caramel
